I was asked to present on cultivating donors by a local organization. Turns out that they really wanted a trainer. Someone to follow their agenda and say what they wanted you to say. I'm not so good at that. I'm not so good at saying other people's words and following a very prescribed script. So I respectfully declined the invitation.
The thing is, I had already developed a Powerpoint for the workshop. So instead of letting it rot somewhere in the dark crevices of my hard drive, I'm sharing it here. Who knows, maybe someone will find it interesting.
