Culture of collaboration

I'm fascinated by the idea of using influence to make change (rather than authority or money, for example). How do you make someone do something by creating the right conditions for them to decide to do it on their own? How can an environment or culture help create those right conditions? And what are the details that go into that? Does how you serve lunch at a meeting actually make any difference?

I just scratched the surface with this presentation I did earlier this year. I look forward to exploring this idea more in writing, presentations and conversations in the future.
